This is a puppy mill and puppies there are all treated like dirt. The way they handle their puppies is terrible.
Brought home a chocolate lab from Lismore in March 2023. He has such a friendly temperament and his hips and bones look strong! I just want to say thank you to Lismore and their staff especially Kailyn, who is very helpful, gave us advice and responded to our questions on whatsapp.
This pet shop the staff is so rude. Their Facebook post their dog price at $800 to $2000. When you really visit their shop the price is fake. And their dog is so dirty.
Staffs was very friendly and patience with us. Wasn’t pushy and only advice that you if you are truly ready to only purchase from them. love their transparent policy, even response to your queries few months after my purchased. Highly recommend price is also reasonable! 🙂
Lismore is not the typical, centrally located, beautiful boutique type of pet shop. However, they are a trustworthy pet kennel. We have looked around for a furpet ever since we lost our first one 🌈. Having met Kailyn, she is so knowledgeable and has a very ethical approach to the business transactions. While we know of shops who screen potential buyers, she went the extra step to ensure that the dog will be in good hands. We observed her just as much as she observed us, before allowing us to purchase our new furpet.There's much to say about how well the Kennel is run and while we may imagine otherwise, a sneak peak through their doors, revealed very comfortable and clean premises for each puppy.We have visited a few beautiful boutique style pet stores, but when we wanted to know more about health condition of the puppy, we did not get enough to reassure us. Kailyn was more than transparent, she is like a doggypedia, with good knowledge of health, habits and temperaments of the breeds.I highly recommend Lismore and Kailyn if you are intending to get a pet. importantly, do your homework on what type of breed you are looking for, she is more than able to match the breed, AND temperament to you.And that is how Romeo (maltipoo) came into our lives.Thank youD&V
Excellent service and support provided by Lismore team . Special thanks to Kailyn. She has been so patient with us. Took us weeks before we decided to get the beautiful Chi Hua hua. No sales pressure at all . Thank you for that little cheerful bundle of joy . We will concern if the puppy can mix with our older dog . But she assured us and taught us how to get them to mingle. Excellent advices and after sales support provided by her .
We got our second dog, a mini maltese, from Lismore. Kailyn and Ah Hao were very helpful in answering our questions and choosing the perfect dog for us. We never felt pressured to get a dog so the entire experience was very positive. After sales service is also really good. They check in via WhatsApp to see that the dog is well in the new environment.I still can't believe my Maltese is potty trained in less than 3days and crate trained since day one. My vet says that he is a confident puppy. Can tell they take care of the dogs and train them to be comfortable with grooming. Overall, a great experience and will recommend Lismore.
We got a Chow Chow puppy here 3 months ago. Met Kailyn who patiently assisted my family with our purchase. She was not pushy in sales and was knowledgeable to share her experiences of how to care for them after purchase. As customer we choose our dog but I feel Kailyn was also screening us if my family will make good home for our Chow Chow puppy. It was a pleasant experience for my family at Lismore. Will I introduce people to Lismore - yes.Till today, we still keep in touch. Kailyn cares for the well-being of the dog she sold.
